Discussion on the Problems of Land Expropriation

Proceeding from the concept of land expropriation,the characteristics of land expropriation were expounded.And on this basis,combined with the practice of land expropriation,in response to the problems of unclear definition of public interest in land expropriation,different standards of policy standards,and artificial restrictions on outstanding issues,countermeasures were suggested such as to clear define of the connotation of the public interest,to establish a new mechanism for land expropriation and compensation,and multiple channels of resettlement of landless peasants,unified land expropriation implementation main body etc.to put forward policy suggestions.
