Study on Compensation Mechanism of Land Expropriation

With the development of China's economy and society,the land expropriation has become a common phenomenon in modern society.The compensation mechanism of land expropriation is the necessary coordination for the contradiction between the national public benefit and the land owners' production and property profits.Based on the research on the current compensation mechanism of land expropriation,the deficiency is pointed out,and the reform suggestions are put forward combining with the experiences at home and abroad.The making of compensation standard of land requisition is discussed emphasisly.
