Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of dezocine combined with tramadol on acute pain during the recovery period of general anethesia. Methods:One hundred and twenty patients who underwent general anesthesia and elective open abdominal surgery,ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ class, were randomly divided into 3 groups,40 patients in each group.Analgesic drugs were administrated at 30 minutes before the end of operation as follow:dezocine 0.1 mg · kg- 1intrainjectionvenous(dezocine group),Sufentanil 0.1 μg · kg- 1intrainjectionvenous(sufentanil group),dezocine 0.1 mg·kg- 1+ tramadol 2 mg·kg- 1intramcescular injection(dezocine combined with tramadol group). The time of spontaneous breathing recovery, palinesthesia, extubation, the length of postanesthesia care unit(PACU) stay and the score of Visual-Analogue-scale(VAS),Sedation-Agitation Scale(SAS),Bruggrmann comfort scale(BCS) during the recovery period were observed.Respiratory depression, drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting and other adverse reactions were recorded. Results:The time of spontaneous breathing recovery, palinesthesia and extubation were longer in sufentanil group compared with the other groups, but there were no significantly differences(P 0.05).The length of PACU stay was apparently longer in sufentanil group(P 0.05);the score of VAS and SAS were lower in sufentanil group and dezocine combined with tramado group than those of dezocine group(P 0.05).The score of BCS was higher in sufentanil group and dezocine combined with tramado group than that of dezocine group(P 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of dezocine combined with tramado group was lower than those of sufentanil group and dezocine group(P 0.05).Conclusions:Three modes of analgesic drugs could alleviate the acute postoperative pain during the recovery period of general anethesia effectively, but dezocine combined with tramadol have better analgesic effect, longer action time, shorter recovery time and lower incidence of adverse reactions.
