Abstract
OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy and safety of preemptive analgesia with dezocine and sufentanil in the laparoscopic patients with remifentanil and propofol intravenous anesthesia.METHODS Forty laparoscopic patients were randomly and averagely assigned to receive intravenous injection of 0.1 mg·kg-1 dezocine(groupⅠ) and 0.1 μg·kg-1sufentanil(groupⅡ) 5 minutes before anesthesia. The extubation time, the time of first use of analgesic after operation, the incidence of interrelated complication and visual analogue score(VAS),Ramesay score,Bruggman comfort scale(BCS) in two hours after surgery were recorded.RESULTS Compared with group Ⅱ,the extubation time and the time of first use of analgesic after operation were earlier in groupⅠ(P0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of interrelated complication,VAS and BCS in two hours after surgery between two groups.Ramesay score was lower in groupⅠ than group Ⅱ(P0.05).CONCLUSION Dezocine and sufentanil have the same analgesic effect. But dezocine has shorter duration of analgesia than sufentanil, and sufentanil may lead to later extubation and deeper sedation than dezocine.
