Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study the optimum and critical concentration of La(NO3)3 solution during germination of the rice seed and the growth of the seedling.[Method] The effects of La3+ on germination of the rice seed and the growth of the seedling were studied.[Result] The optimal concentration of La3+ was 20.0 mg/L.When the La3+ concentration was higher than 30.0 mg/L,seed germination and seeding growth were depressed.[Conclusion] Lanthanon should be used carefully so as to ensure the sustainable utilization of the farmland ecosystem.
