Abstract
Besides the quantity faction,the structure faction must be more considered on the study of human capital's contribution to the economy growth.Through the introduction of entrepreneurial human capital and skillful human capital,this paper builds human capital structure model,and then do an empirical study of the influence of human capital structure on economic growth in Xinjiang based on panel data from 2000 to 2009.the resuts are as follow:From the perspective of human capital structure,the impact of human capital on economic growth increase,however,the impact of human capital on economic growth induces when we take the gross case into consideration,and in human capital structure,entrepreneurial human capitals' impact on economic growth and on the regional stock of human capital is greater than the skillful human capitals'.
