The relation between Education and China's Economic Growth——A statement on theory and empirical analysis of human capital growth

Theory of human capital growth holds that human capital plays a decisive role in modem economic growth,the formation and allocation of human capital jointly decide economic growth.Education is considered to be a main way to form human capital.By analyzing the relation between education and China's economic growth,the paper maintains that the problem of human capital investment structure should be better solved while the total amount of human capital investment is increased so that human capital's role can be brought into full play in economic growth.The present condition of human capital allocation is in need of an urgent change on condition that the existing amount of human capital is fixed.
