Observation on the effect of pantoprazole combined with itopride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis

Objective To study the effect of pantoprazole combined with itopride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods Thirty seven patients with reflux esophagitis and treated with omeprazole combined with itopride in our hospital from September 2011 to December 2012 were as the control group,and 37 patients treated with pantoprazole combined with itopride at the same period were as the observation group,then the total effective rate at 1st course after the treatment and esophageal dynamic indexes before the treatment and at different times after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group at 1st course after the treatment was higher than that of control group,esophageal dynamic indexes at different times after the treatment were all better than those of control group,the difference was significant (P0.05).Conclusion The effect of pantoprazole combined with itopride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis is better,and it is helpful for improving the esophageal dynamic indexes.
