Discussion on the Strategies for the Control and Management of Construction Project Cost

It is a principal task for construction project cost control to strengthen the control and management of construction project cost,determine the construction cost reasonably and ensure the veracity of construction cost.This paper analyses the methods for controlling the construction cost in every phase of construction,such as investment decision,design,tending and bidding for project,construction and acceptance from the angle of the total process of the construction project,put forward the issues that should pay attention to during the construction,and shows the importance of scientific control of the construction cost to lower the construction cost through a practical example.
