Abstract
Cost control in construction project runs through the whole construction process from bidding to final acceptance of construction.It is an important link for construction companies to manage the cost,and should be paid much attention in organizing and control measures in order to increase enterprises economic efficiency.The paper discusses the cost control problems in construction projects,puts forward the principles construction cost management should obey,and comes up with solutions to the problems.
