Abstract
This paper analyzes the cost control of engineering construction from the construction preparation work,the budget management,the management of construction teams,the materials management,the management of technical project and the financial control these six aspects.To put forward the method of reducing construction cost and control the cost of construction process to reduce the project cost and reinforce the corporate strength.
