Abstract

Objective:To introduce the construction and use of Lokar maxillary molar distalization appliance.Method:Lokar maxillary molar distalization appliance was used to distalize maxillary molar in 7 cases(13teeth).Result:maxillary molar distalization appliance 6.2mm after 4 months to 6 months.Conclusion:Lokar maxillary molar distalization appliance is a simple , useful, effective,noncompliance appliance.
