Abstract

Objective To introduce the construction and use of maxillary molar distalization appliance.Methods The maxillary molar diatalization appliance was used to distalize maxillary molar in 20 cases. Results The duration of treatment was 4 months on average,SN- 6 angel decreased 5.82°,Ptv- 6 decreased 2.09 m,Ptm- 6 decreased 2.27 mm.Conclusion The maxillary molar distalization appliance is a simple,useful,effective noncompliance appliance.
