Abstract
The agricultural insurance is one of the important economic systems about the agricultural safety production in China. Based on the experience of developing the agricultural insurance in USA,Japan,French,the former Soviet Union and the East Asia,this paper will construct an agricultural insurance system of commercial insurance operation pattern,which is dominated by the government,based on the farmers' mutual aid and cooperation insurance,and participated by diversified business entities.
