The Experience and Inspiration of Foreign Agriculture Insurance——Based on Agriculture Insurance Policy-type

During the whole 20th century,the world's commercial agricultural insurance business model has not yet come into being and its development has been very slow.Until the beginning of the 1930s,the United States,Japan,France and some developing countries in Asia has gradually established agricultural insurance business model with financial support.In this paper,the proposals to improve China's agricultural insurance are put forward from the viewpoint of the weak nature of agricultural insurance and the quasi-public goods perspective by introducing the five existing agricultural insurance models and its typical characteristics of the agricultural insurance.
