Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of felodipine in the treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension. Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension was retrospectively analyzed. According to the treatment methods, they were divided into the treatment group and the control group, and 36 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with felodipine treatment, and the control group was taken with captopril treatment. The clinical curative effect and the blood pressure before and after treatment of the two groups of patients compared. Results The total effective rate after treatment was 94.45%, significantly higher than the total effective of the control group of 80.56%, P 0.05. The average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure had no significant difference for all patients before treatment, P 0.05. The systolic blood pressure after treatment was (126.2±12.8) mm Hg, the diastolic blood pressure was (73.5 ±13.9) mm Hg, were significantly lower than the control group, the systolic blood pressure was (134.6±11.9) mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure was (78.3 ±11.5) mm Hg, P 0.05. Conclusion The felodipine in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate hypertension can significantly reduce the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of patients, and the clinical curative effect is significant.
