Abstract
Objective To investigate the technological conditions and parameters for purification of total flavone from Cannabis satiua L.Pectin by different types of macroporous absorptive resin. Methods Based on the different static adsorption capacity and rate of elution of total flavone, the technological conditions for absorption by eight kinds of macroporous absorptive resin were selected. Results The D-101 resin had optimal parameters of absorption and elution. The optimum technology was as follows: the concentration of the sample(raw medicine) was 6 g/ml,eluted with 10 times as much deionized water and ethanol that contained 30 percent of water, respectively;the flow rate was 2 ml/min,and the content of total flavone was about 50 percent. Conclusion With good comprehensive properties,D-101 resin is suitable for preparing the element of total flavone from the Cannabis satiua L.Pectin.
