Thinking On the Scientific Development Strategic of University in the Period of Transition

With higher education entered into new reform and development period,on one hand,the universities should adapt to economic and social development pattern of China;on other hand,the university should initiatively achieve substantive change in development concept,the training model and management strategy.In development concept,under premise of requirements to comprehensively implement scientific concept of development,the university should strive to create atmosphere of the innovation development,the open development and harmonious development;in management strategy,the university should vigorously implement strategies of running university by quality,thriving university by characteristics,strengthening university by academic,becoming elite university by talent.
