Abstract

The paper discussed the running concept,development objectives and strategy ideas of university journals,and summed up these academic journals' success.It pointed out that in modern society,university journals should always adhere to the running idea of academic innovation,take the running way of opening up,and realize the transition from the writing-oriented strategy to the human-oriented strategy.
