Abstract
Objective To investigate the Clinical effects of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 158 patients with diabetic nephropathy from the 2010 January to 2013 December in our hospital were divided into the western medicine group and the cooperation of chinese and western medicine treatment group,79 cases in each group. The western medicine group was given the treatment of recombinant human insulin, bea Knapp Leigh and/or losartan, pancreatic kininogenase, atorvastatin calcium, etc. On the basis of western medicine, the cooperation of chinese and western medicine treatment group was give Liuwei Dihuang Decoction. The treatments of two groups were continued for 2 months. The urinary protein quantitative change and biochemical indexes change in 24 hour were observed and compared between before and after treatment in both groups. Results The total effectiveness of western medicine treatment group was 83.54%,and the total efficiency of the combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was 91.14%. The difference of two groups was statistically significant(P 0.05). 24 hour urinary protein quantitative and reduce blood viscosity of the combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group were better than those of the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion Combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy is obvious curative effect, can effectively delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
