Effect of Compound Glycyrrhizic Acid Glucoside Combined with Fexofenadine on 46 Cases of Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria

Objective To observe the effect of the compound glycyrrhizic acid glucoside capsule and fexofenadine in the treating chronic idiopathic urticaria.Methods The 90 cases were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group in 46 patients with compound glycyrrhizic acid glucoside capsule oral,2 pills each time,3 times everyday,and oral fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets of 60 mg,twice everyday continuous treatment 2 weeks.The control group in 44 patients was only treated with oral fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets,and the method and treatment with procedure were the same as treatment group.Results The total effective rates of the treatment group 91.30% and control 70.45%,with significant difference between the two groups(χ2 = 5.13,P0.05).Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizic acid glucoside capsule joint fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets have definite effect for the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria.
