Clinical Observation of Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Combined with Tripterygium Glycosides for Chronic Urticaria Treatment

Objective To observe the clinical effects of fexofenadine hydrochloride combined with tripterygium glycosides treating for chronic urticaria and fexofenadine hydrochloride treating for chronic urticaria solely.Methods Serenty-five chronic urticaria patient selected from allergic clinic were divided into treatment group of 38 cases and control group of 37 cases randomly.Treatment group applied fexofenadine hydrochloride,60mg,twice a day,combined with tripterygium glycosides,10mg,three times a day.Control group applied fexofenadine hydrochloride solely,60mg,twice a day.Treatment course was 4 weeks.Effective index was used to caculate the effective rate.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 84.21% and that of the control group was 62.16%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The fexofenadine hydrochloride combined with tripterygium glycosides had the effective to treat chronic urticaria.There is severe side reaction,and drug synergism is prominent.
