Rethinking about Theory and Practice of Labor Relations in China

The unclear concepts and indefinite criterion as well as the research on labor relations theory dropped behind in China caused in obscure limit between labor relations,employment relations,and between labor relations and labor relations in fact.Labor law with small scope of adjustment is difficult to protect labor rights.Therefore,it is necessary to probe into the essence of labor relations,to explain its concept from the view of law.It is important to divide it into legal and illegal labor relations in order to divide labor relations and labor relations in fact.Since some employing units have tried to avoid the obligation involved in the labor law,we should prevent the dissimilation on labor relations and protect labor rights.
