Abstract
Objective To study the antiarrythmia effect and safety of Wenxinkeli for the patients with cardiac arrhythmia. Methods 120 patients with cardiac arrhythmia, randomized divided into two groups, the treating group(n=60)taken Wenxinkeli 9 g tid for 4 weeks, the control group(n=60)taken propafenone 150mg tid for 4 weeks. Then the effect of cardiac arrhythmia, symptoms and adverse effects were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treating group is 83.3%,the total effective rate of the control group is 85%.The antiarrhythmia effects of Wenxinkeli for cardiac arrhythmia were as same as that of propafenone(P0.05),adverse effects were significantly less than that of propafenone(P0.05).Conclusion Wenxinkeli is effective and safe for cardiac arrhythmia.
