Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and security of Wenxinkeli. Methods A total of 81 patients with cardiac arrhythmia were randomly divided into therapy group (41) and control group (40). The therapy group was treated with Wenxinkeli 9.0 g Tid, and the control group was treated with tablet Propafenone 100 mg Tid for 4 w. Then the effect on cardiac arrhythmia, symptoms, and adverse effects were observed. Results The total clinical effective rate and the 24 h Holter total effective rate of therapy group and contol group were significantly different between pre-treatment and 4 w after the treatment (P0.05), but the total improvement rate of symptom (87.80%) and the 24 h Holter total effective rate£¨92.68%) in treatment group were significantly higher than that in control group (67.50%, 75.00%) P0.05, and drug-related adverse event rate was 4.88%, all of them were slight, no need for further pervious chemotherapy. Conclusion As other drug for cardiac arrhythmia, Wenxinkeli could improve the clinical therapeutic effect which should be a simple, safe, and effective method.
