Studying on the Countermeasures of the Countervailing Measures Investigations from the Foreign Countries

The economy of China has developed rapidly during such six years from China entry the WTO in 2001.And at the same time,China has to face many new situations in the field of the subsidies and the countervailing measures.After analyzing the current situation of China's suffering the countervailing investigations from those foreign countries.This article summarizes the reason why china has suffered.So our government should adjust and amend the countervailing measures policy and legislation,then enhance our firms' abilities of dealing with the countervailing measures investigations,according the permission of China's entry the WTO,the rules and regulations of the WTO and deals with countervailing measure inverstigations from the foreign united government policy,state legislation and enterprise in order to protect Chinese enterprise international legal rights and profit.
