The Reality of China's Subsidy and Legal Approaches to Deal with Foreign Countervailing Measures

This dissertation is a research report of the legal prediction and analysis to deal with the countervailing measures from U.S.and European countries against China after China’s entrance to WTO.The purpose of the report is to predict the possibility of countervailing measures from U.S.and European countries against China after China’s obtaining status of market economy and to decide what measures of remedy process should be adopted through the conclusion and analysis of SCM rules under WTO and various subsidy policy from Chinese Government as well as the relation between China’s non-market economy position and investigation process against subsidies.On the basis of above analysis,a constructive adjustment plan to Chinese subsidy policy will be put forward to provide with theory base for the law-making and decision-making mechanism of China.
