On the Target Dimension of Universities’ System Construction

Abstract

The system construction is the foundation of universities’ development.It is closely related to internal tension of universities’ development as well as influenced by social demands and demands of students’ development.This paper comprehensively explores the concepts and practices of universities’ development and explains universities’ modernity and modern transition of universities’ system in order to correct the targets of universities’ system construction.
