The Philosophy of Universities is A Dynamic System

A university is like a living organism,constituted by different functions of universities and purposes of education. Generally,therefore,this research proposes that intellectuals' studies ought to realize the complexity of universities by recognizing the following three perspectives of the philosophy of universities – the exterior of universities,the insides of universities and the essence of universities. The exterior of universities refers to functions and effectiveness of universities. The insides of universities highlight the spirit of universities and the philosophy of education. The essence of universities is denoted by the faculty members,the students as well as the socio-cultural environment of universities. The fact that the three perspectives are mutually influential and convertible is critical for the development of universities and the three perspectives are constructing the nature philosophy of universities,which should be fully understood and respected by university administrators.
