Observation of Jianwei composition by Time-selecting administration on children's functional dyspepsia

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Jianwei composition by Time-selecting administration on children's functional dyspepsia.Methods 100 children patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.Patients in two groups were treated by Jianwei composition,4 mL/(kg·d),twice a day.The time of taking medicine was 9:00～9:30 (Sishi),21:00～21:30(Haishi) in nursing group.The time of taking medicine was 7:00～7:30(Chenshi),18:00～18:30(Qiushi) in control group.The course was 7 days in two groups.Results The total effective rate in nursing group (94.0%) was higher than that in control group (80.0%,P0.05).Conclusion The effect of Jianwei composition by administration at Sishi and Haishi was more than that at Chenshi and Qiushi.
