Ursodeoxycholic Acid Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of 51 Cases Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of ursodeoxycholic acid combined with traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFL).Method: 99 cases of NAFL were randomly divided into two groups,respectively,to give ursodeoxycholic acid combined with traditional chinese medicine and ursodeoxycholic acid alone treatment,3 months for a course of treatment,To observe changes before and after treatment in all patients with serum ALT,GGT,TG,TCh and liver ultrasound imaging were measured.Result: The total effective rate in treatment group was 88.2 percent,while in control group,only 66.7%(P 0.01).Conclusion: Ursodeoxycholic acid combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver was proved effective and suitable clinical treatment.
