Clinical observation on non-alcoholic fatty liver treated by Zhiganxiao

Abstract

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Zhiganxiao on non-alcoholic fatty liver.[Methods] One hundred and thirty patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group was administrated with 150 ml Zhiganxiao twice a day and the control group with Dongbaogantai tablets three times a day.[Results] Total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 91.1% and that of control group was 70.0%.There was significant difference between the two groups.The curative effect of treatment group was higher than that of control group on improving clinical symptoms.There were conspicuous differences about ALT,GGT,TC,TG between two groups before and after treatment.[Conclusions] Zhiganxiao is a ideal medicine to treat non-alcoholic fatty liver.
