Abstract

The newly-built application-oriented colleges and universities are remarkably distinguished from traditional ones in team-building policies for the high-level teaching staff.An enhancement of study in this respect will be of help to realize a full-range leap-forward development and characteristic development in the application-oriented education,teaching,scientific practice in the application-oriented universities.This paper advances some strategies and suggestions after an analysis of its present situation.
