Clinical Observation of 66 Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy Treated by Combination of Traditional Chinese with Western Medicine

Objective:To observe curative effect of 66 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated by combination of Traditional Chinese with Western medicine. Methods:Apply trigeminy treatment:decoction of traditional Chinese medicine,amethopterin,mifepristone.Water Decoction of Chinese herbal 100ml,taken orally 3 times every day;amethopterin 0.4mg/(kg·d),5 days constituting one course,measure blood serum β-HCG at 4th and 7th day after treatment,if descent 15%,and need retreatment;mifepristone 25mg,taken orally 2 times every day,taken orally 3 days continuously,measure blood serum β-HCG at 4th day after treatment,if descent15%,and need retreatment after drug withdrawal. Results:59 cases were success,7 cases were failure,achievement ratio is 89.1%. Conclusion:There is significant curative effect that patients with ectopic pregnancy were treated by combination of Traditional Chinese with Western medicine.
