Curative Observation of Integrative Medicine in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective: To observe the curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine on treating ectopic pregnancy,and provide important reference for clinical. Methods: 300 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected,they were randomly divided into integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group,and western medicine group with 150 cases in each. Western medicine group were given each and every day to take mifepristone tablets 250 mg,and methotrexate intramuscular injection of 1mg /kg; integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group in western medicine group,Chinese medicine had the functions of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,relieving pain,Huazhuo Tongluo effect. To observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients,compared two groups of patients with serum β-HCG returned to normal time and mass extinction time. Results: In the group of patients after treatment of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine were 91 cases,42 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 88. 67%,the western medicine group patients after treatment were 73 cases,39 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 74. 67%,combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Combination of Chinese and western medicine group after treatment in patients with serum β-HCG recovery time averaged 16. 6±9. 1 days,significantly shorter than the controlled group were 24. 6 ± 8. 1 days; group mass disappearance time average of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine were 30. 5± 9. 8 days,significantly shorter than the controlled group were 41. 6 ± 10. 2 day,the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of ectopic pregnancy is beneficial to patients,the effective rate of treatment,the blood β-HCG values decrease,pelvic mass disappeared quickly,making the fallopian tube back to normal,and little adverse reaction,shorten the ectopic pregnancy in time,reduce the economic burden of the patients,make tubal function returned to normal,is worth of clinical promotion and utilization.
