Exploration on Teaching Management of Nursing Practice in Surgical Department of TCM Hospital

Abstract

We approach teaching management of nursing practice in surgical department of TCM hospital and emphasize that the key is to complete management system and regulate clinical teaching data.We should highlight clinical teaching of TCM nursing in theoretical teaching,TCM nursing operation training,inspection,performance and training of nurse graduates as well as teaching feedback to adjust teaching strategies.
