The Exploration and Innovation of Clinical Nursing Teaching in Orthopedic Department of Primary Hospital

Objective To summarize the new clinical nursing teaching methods, and improve the teaching quality of orthopaedic nursing by analyzing the factors which affect orthopedic nursing teaching in primary hospital. Method A variety of teaching methods were used to focus on comprehensive quality and ability training, implement the rules of teacher accountability and departmental rotation examination of nurse students, in order to explore the new teaching mode. Result The new teaching mode fully mobilized students' clinical enthusiasm and initiative, and comprehensively developed students' abilities of thinking, analyzingand problem-solving. Conclusion The new teaching pattern canimprove the quality of nursing teaching in primary hospital,which is worthy of clinical application as a new type of nursing teaching mode.
