Abstract
In this paper, experimental study of ultrasonic motor using longitudinal and torsional mode are summarized, which includes the poling of piezoelectric ceramic, the modification of FEM model, the measurement of frequency and modal shape, the measurement of motor output ,the experiment of ultrasonic vibration anti-friction, the key factor of increasing motor output. The experiments that can be made in the future are pointed out.At last, a diameter-45mm motor with maximum torque 1N·m is designed and fabricated successfully.
