Abstract
In this paper, the principle of ultrasonic motors using longitudinal and torsional mode is introduced firstly, then the particle lotus of stator driving surface is analyzed and one kind structure of motor is analyzed by FEM, at last, the frequency experiment is done. The performance experiment indicates that the maximum torque of motor is 0.25Nm.
