Report based on the investigation and research of township public health center of Anhui Province

According to systematic research to the basic condition, medical resources and service capacity of 1677 Anhui provincial township public health centers. It’s proposed that central public health centers should develop into hospitals for meeting the demands of market, ordinary public health centers should attach importance to both medical treatment and prevention and health care; and that non-governmental investment should the encouraged in order to develop rural medical institution; and that the application of fund should be transferred from the purchase of equipment to the educational training to medical workers for strengthening township public health center during the period of “No.10 Five-Year-Plan”.
