Actual analysis on the influence on the township health center to the new rural cooperation medical system in Guizhou Province

Objective To analysis the influence on the township health center by implement the new rural cooperation medical system to provide directed countermeasures to promote the health and sustainable development of the township health center and new rural cooperation medical system. Methods 7 cities and 88 township health centers were surveyed by self-resigned questionnaire. The data was established and analysed by SPSS 14.0. Results The rate of peasant participate the new rural cooperation medical system was 83.94‰. 69.15% of the security finances was compensated to the peasants. The buildings,equipment and hospital beds of township health centers were increased obviously. The health service quantity and income were both increased. The drug income occupy more 60% of the total income. Conclusions The health service capability of the township health centers were improved by the new rural cooperation medical system. The township health center should seize the opportunity to promote self-development by transform service idea ,cultivate health personnel and so on.
