Combining Esmolol and Amiodarone in Treating the Ventricular Arrhythmia after Lobectomy

Objective To observe the effect of combining esmolol and amiodarone on ventricular arrhythmia after lobectomy.Methods The conditions of single amiodarone or combining esmolol in observing the ventricular arrhythmia,the difference of heart rate and blood pressure were compared by the random and contrast test.Results Amiodarone combining esmolol(90%) was much better than single amiodarone(65%,P0.05),not causing more case of dropping blood pressure,and other side effects.Conclusion It is considered that using amiodarone combining with esmolol,is better than using single amiodarone in treatment of ventricular arrhythmia after lobectomy.
