The efficacy of amiodarone and lidocaine on ventricular arrhythmias after acute myocardial infarction

Abstract
Objective:To evaluare the efficacy of Amiodarone and Lidocaine on ventricular arrhythmias after acute myocardial infarction.Methods:92 example patients divide into two groups stochastically.Lidocaine group by Lidocaine 50mg static note,when necessity after 15min,is redundant one time reaches 150mg to the Lidocaine total quantity,the followed by 1～3mg/min speed vein drop note,maintains 24h.Amiodarone group by Amiodarone 150mg in 10min static note,then vein drop pours 6h by 1mg/the min,again maintains the static drop by 0.05mg/min after the stability 24h.Distinction determination curative effect.Results:Amiodarone and the Lidocaine level to the ventricular arrhythmias after acute myocardial infarction effectiveness respectively are 78.2% and 60.9%,Amiodarone group′s curative effect obvious high than Lidocaine group's,has statistics significance(P0.05).The Amiodarone group′s mortality rate is lower than the Lidocaine group′s obviously,has statistics significance(P0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone vein for the medicine treatment ventricular arrhythmias after acute myocardial infarction,can increase effectiveness,reduces the mortality rate.
