Effect of Milrinone on Chronic Congestive Heart Failure(CHF)

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of milrinone on chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods 160 cases of CHF were divided into 2 groups,80 cases(in the control group) were only given digitalis,diuretic drug therapy;80 cases(in observation group),were treated with milrinone,the treatment course was one month.Results The efficiency rate of the observation group and the control group were 95% and 65% respectively(P0.05).The observation group of cardiothoracic ratio retraction value was greater than that of in the control group of cardiothoracic ratio retraction value(P0.05).Conclusion The use of diuretics and digitalis basis,milrinone for the treatment of CHF is better than traditional method.
