Abstract
Objective To find the CT features of pathologically proven intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. Methods Unenhanced CT scan were performed in 5 patients. Dynamic CT Scan in 4 patients,including 3 minutes and 7 to 9 minutes delayed scan. All lesions were compared with pathology. Results Three kinds of enhancement areas could be found: The first is nonenhancement area; The second is gradually contrast enhancement area; The third is delayed contrast enhancement area. Two or three enhanced features could be found in one lesion. Conclusion The CT features of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma could help us to give a correct diagnosis. [
