Thinking strategically about the transnational merger & acquisition of Chinese enterprises

Chinese enterprises have made some progress in transnational MA activities already. In order to push the activities further, our enterprises must make strategic plans, including selecting the target markets, determining the main body of transnational MA,choosing the payment ways, picking out the financing channels, deciding the integration tactics of MA and so on. Then the concrete operations have been discussed in detail in the thesis,which will greatly help Chinese enterprises expand themselves and participate in the global competition.
