Abstract
Chinese enterprises generally are lacking advantage in competition which is the most significant factor for enterprises in their transnational management. Therefore, Chinese enterprises as well as the government must make great efforts to improve this situation. This paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese transnational companies and the existing problems. Suggestions are put forward for enhancing the competitive advantage of Chinese enterprises.
