Concerning the Strategic Consideration of Transnational Management Practiced by Chinese Business Enterprises

The wave tide of economic globalization puts forward a new request to the existence and development of the business enterprises in our country, especially after entering WTO, national business enterprises are be faced with fierce international competition on a larger scope and deeper level. Only when Chinese business enterprises greet the challenges actively and put the strategy of the 搘alk out?into practice, it can make Chinese business enterprises continuously perfect themselves during the international competition and increase the strength of the whole national industry. This thesis suggests that the business enterprises as well as the nation should make every effort for this, establishing the right and efficient strategy, helping the Chinese business enterprises head for the world, and creating the good conditions for them to put their transnational management into practice.
