Abstract

Teacher professional development is an important part of teacher education,The professional development mode determine the work faster and better.There are some characteristics of in-service teacher professional development mode in United States,such as legal safeguard,perfect theory and sound system.It is of great practical significance for Chinese to construct the mode of in-service teacher professional development and to promote teacher professional development.
