Abstract

The teacher professional learning and professional development is of vital importance to enhance education quality.An integrated analysis of the teacher professional learning and development model in terms of certain concepts,mechanisms,measures and effects in some developed countries will provide a conductive reference and a strategic approach for teachers' educational reform and development in China.
